MySQL Workbench

1) MySQL Workbench is a development tool for MySQL server.

2) Run installer program. Click Next to install.


3) Choose Complete. Click Next.


4) When prompted for "Ready to install?, click Install.


5) Wait for installation process to run.


6) Finally installation is done. Click Finish.



7) The main window automatically pops up. Click Create New Connection.


8) Enter the connection details.Click Test Connection.


9) If the connection parameter is correct, you should get a good response. Click OK. Click OK.


10. The localhost connection is inserted into the window.


11) You can start working on database modeling now.

USBWEBSERVER

1) UsbWebserver gives you a ready-to-run web server and database server.

2) An unzipped UsbWebserver file package looks like below:


3) Click usbwebserver executable file. You will see the following:


4) A green color means the server is running. On the other hand, red color means the server is not running. There could be some technical problem with the setup configuration or with the host PC.

5) Don't worry if the language is Dutch. You can change the langage by clicking the Instellingen tab.


5.1) At the Taal field: Change Nederlands to English.
5.2) Click Opslaan.
5.3) You should get the English version of the program.
